Operate multi-axis CNC milling and turning centers to produce precision components for defense and automotive customers. Experience with tight-tolerance work and GD&T required.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing parts. Work directly with customers on DFM reviews and support production launch activities.
Perform in-process and final inspection of precision-machined components using CMM, hand gauging, and optical measurement tools. Experience with GD&T and AS9100 a plus.
Own customer programs from order through delivery. Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality to hit schedule and exceed customer expectations.
